GrainTrac maintains complete delivery, payment and contract history. Histories can be maintained for as long as practical. Once it is no longer necessary to maintain a portion of history, that portion can be written to a tape drive, another hard drive or to a floppy drive. In the event that information is once again needed from the removed portion of history, it can be easily restored.

GrainTrac automatically calculates storage charges, dp (price later) charges, dump charges, virtually any type of charge or premium can be managed through GrainTrac. GrainTrac will accrue the charges against the grain until the day of settlement or you may invoice for the charges the day of accrual. GrainTrac is a powerful grain payable system. Provisions are made for lien holders, tenant landlord splits, and deferred payments. Advance payments can be made and will be automatically deducted at the time of settlement. When checks are issued incorrectly, GrainTrac provides an easy and painless way to reverse the settlements. Tickets are put back into ticket entry so that any changes in discounts, prices, ownership or splits can be easily made and accounted for.
